Freshness Guarantee
We guarantee the freshness of our flowers. If your blooms arrive in poor condition or don't meet our quality standards, we will:
- Replace the arrangement with a fresh one at no additional cost
- Provide a full refund if a replacement is not possible
- Offer store credit for future purchases
How to Report an Issue
To report a quality issue with your flower order:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and description of the issue
- Include photos of the arrangement showing the problem
- We will respond within one business day
Delivery Issues
If there are issues with your delivery:
- Failed delivery attempts will result in a second attempt or alternative arrangements
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers may incur redelivery fees
- Weather-related delays are beyond our control but we will keep you informed
Order Cancellations
Order cancellation policies:
- Full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled delivery
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee
- Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
Event Floristry Returns
For event and wedding floristry services:
- Event deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the event
- Changes to event orders may be accommodated based on flower availability
- Full consultation is provided to ensure satisfaction before the event
What Is Not Covered
Our return policy does not cover:
- Natural wilting after the expected bloom period (5-7 days for most arrangements)
- Damage caused by improper care after delivery
- Personal preference changes after delivery has been made
- Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery
